Thank you for shopping with us. At IMRASIO, we take great care in packaging and delivering your fashion jewellery. As our pieces are delicate and hygienic in nature, we follow a strict return policy.Please read our return policy carefully.

Product Selection Advisory

We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. Each product listing includes:

  • High-quality, realistic images

  • Color representation as close as possible to the actual product

  • Specific size and measurement details

Please check all images, descriptions, and size information thoroughly to ensure the piece meets your expectations. Returns will not be accepted due to personal preferences, sizing assumptions, or appearance expectations.

Returns Accepted Only for Transit Damage

We accept returns only in the case of items damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • An unboxing (box opening) video is mandatory

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts, edits, or pauses

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video

  • The claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.

No Returns or Exchanges in Other Cases

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of design, color variation, or personal preference

  • Minor variations in color or finish due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects

  • All jewellery pieces are quality-checked before dispatch

How to Raise a Damage Claim

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Email us at imrasiojewellery@gmail.com

  2. Share your order number, clear photos of the product, and the complete unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the claim and respond within 2–3 working days

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
