Returns Accepted Only for Transit Damage
We accept returns only in the case of items damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return:

An unboxing (box opening) video is mandatory

The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts, edits, or pauses

The damage must be clearly visible in the video

The claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.
No Returns or Exchanges in Other Cases
Please note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of design, color variation, or personal preference

Minor variations in color or finish due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects

All jewellery pieces are quality-checked before dispatch
How to Raise a Damage Claim
If you receive a damaged product:

Share your order number, clear photos of the product, and the complete unboxing video

Our team will verify the claim and respond within 2–3 working days
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
